We are looking for another house out of state, preferably north of here. We're open to anything at this point. Our house is on the market for $479,000. We are, however, researching the very real possibility of doing a short sale, so that price will likely come down to the mid-to-upper $300,000s. Where do you live, and is your house for sale?

I have a 3/2.5 2004 house overlooking a lake in Lake Placid and am looking for a house near Flamingo & Griffin to relocate for job. I have to be in a community that allows dogs though I have 3 show dogs.

Hello,
While we are not interested in staying in Florida, our home is exactly where you would like to live, and we have two labradors ourselves, thus a fenced in yard. Dogs are welcome in Riviera Isles. I am on Flamingo and Griffin just about everyday. As of this week, the price of our house is $439 if you are interested. I wish we could look into swapping, but my husband's job market needs a big city.

Whar are you looking for?
I have a 3/1 near Gulf of Mexico in Englewood, FL 1 hour South of Sarasota.
