Would you have any interest in an exchange for a log sided 1400 sq foot home (it is our 2nd home), built in 2004 in Fawnskin, CA (Big Bear Lake area)?

Hi. My name is Jim. Somehow, my domuswap listings (I had three) have been dropped, so I'll have to renew them soon. I have: 1. a 48ft. live-aboard boat in the San Francisco Bay. It needs cosmetic work--sanding/varnish--it's mostly teak and mahogany, but has a great hull--no leaks; great galley (4-burner stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refridge, etc.); queen-sized bed in state room, tv, private head, closet, etc.; large salon; v-berth (sleeps 2 there, plus two more in pull-out in salon, if necessary). Worth 45K
2. Property (lot) north of Lake Tahoe--actually up near hwy 80. A great wooded lot. Paid $330K; now worth $285K or so. (I came close to trading a couple who wished to live aboard while they built on the this property, but it fell through).
3. Gorgeous custom home in #1-rated, gated, golf community in Central FL (Beverly Hills/Lecanto area). View of par 5 and closest to green--100 yards. Super club--best restaurant in county, people extremely friendly; good area to live--near gulf, shopping, restaurants, but still a country setting. Rolling hills, near Ocala horse country. This place holds it's value because the 45 holes here are rated in the top 100 courses in the world (look up www.BlackDiamondRanch.com). Home appraised for $650K 3 years ago, now worth $520, includes membership (normally 70K initiation fee to join). Can sell without membership for $20K less).
