There is a nice family who has a 2,400 sf home in New Mexico.  Also included is a nice motel and RV Park Business.  Originally valued at over $ 1 Million Dollars, they will offer the property for $ 800,000.

They own it all free and clear.

They are interested in my Georgia home.  Our home is now valued at $415,000. 

IF YOU HAVE A NICE, LARGE HOME, ON SOME LAND, WITH GARAGE, VALUED AROUND $ 415,000, LET US KNOW.

You will be UPSIZING  to their property value.

DEAL:

1.) I would get your free and clear home in any state.

2.) You would get the house, motel and RV park in New Mexico.  You would also have to come up with about $ 385,000 cash or the owner can owner finance.

3.) That family would get my Georgia home.
