Trade our home plus cash for the right house swap.

Hi there,
Do you have any additional photographs you could email? Also, where in Berthoud are you located? Any barn-like structures already on the property? Water rights? Sorry for the 52 questions!

I have a few more photos of the house on the MLS listing (info below.)
There are 2 out buildings in the pasture which I used for my goats. Both are good for chickens as well as there's a small outside fenced area like a dog run connected to the building so they're protected from predators at night. Both structures could be adjusted for other animals.
There are no water rights on the property. Usually those are on large parcels (35 acres +).
We are southwest of Berthoud, so basically the Berthoud / Longmont / Lyons / Carter Lake area.

Your listing is very old - do you still want to trade your home? We have an income-producing property (building and paved/landscaped parking lot in prestigious Historic District of Cocoa, Florida (Cocoa Village).
Have to relocated to CO. Property is no-maintenance, brings in $7000-$9000 month. We need to trade equity of $300 for a place to live in CO. Thanks, Jan jmoody1563@cfl.rr.com Have lots of photos and info. Building leased.
