we have upscale duplex and adjacent vacant lot at Topsail. Duplex units are 2100 sqft with views of ocean and ICCW. 4/4.5 with two masters, hardwoods, stainless appl, surround, and private elevator in each unit. units originally appraised for $829k each, but current price is $625k each. Also have lot that is approved for duplex or single family. Appraised for $475k about 15 months ago, current value is $415k.

I am a real estate agent and know of a 1 acre lake front lot available due to foreclosure on Lake Anna. It has good water access, beautiful views, and the bank is asking $117k (normally lakefront lots go for $300-400k and access lots go for $125k.)
