Charming small 3 rooms flat in NICE french riviera

I'd like to share my flat in NICE.
We are a couple (45 and 56 years old) that like to share experiences with others that have a similar way of life.
We take care to others and like to discuss (it's typicaly french ;-) about everything. We are not fat, we don't smoke, we don't shop everytime and think that earning money is not a goal.
We prefer having good time with friends all over the world, tasting fine wines and meals, sailling, skiing, etc
We can swap also an other flat with 3 rooms that we have near the first. this flat is designed for renting to young students.
If you want to have great ski, we have a duplex in a ski resort near Nice (150 km) take a look (in french)
