Lakeview Two Story 2004 House 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Kitchens, 2.5 Bathrooms, 2 wood fireplaces (stone)Upstairs Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, double sink, and cabinets. This home overlooks Lake Clay with no house in front of it, beautiful view of sunsets. Screened porch with bar upstairs. Most of the furniture is staying with this house. Is on 1/2 acre and also own 1/2 acre next to it. Want to trade for home with acre or more in Broward County, Oldsmar, Ocala or anything near a thoroughbred race track.

Our home is in Palm Coast, Florida. It is less than 3 years old and 2630 living square feet. It is near betting tracks in both Daytona and St. Augustine. The ocean is 3 miles away and intracoastal 1 mile. We have a large vinyl fenced back yard. We have a doberman and a pit bull and it is dog proof.
