Well, I don't think so-- bought this Sunset bay condo to sell, not a year round rental market there so I can't make out renting, yours is too nice to rent, would be tough to maintain reasonably from afar (Atl) and there's a huge equity difference...

I have a Daytona Beach Golf Course home. I'm just looking to get the value of the mortgage on it, $515,000. The home is for sale at $575,000. It a gated community in LPGA and the home's former owner was the LPGA Commissioner. I would like to trade for a Mountain Cabin in north GA, NC or TN. I currently have the property leased to a couple of pilots which cover most of the expenses. Please let me know if you have any interest. I'm open to any creative ideas.

Thanks for asking, I don't know a soul there and would have no way to manage/maintain from afar. I have a brother in boca area so would consider there.

Would you consider a trade for a beautiful waterfront townhome in Jacksonville, Florida. If there is a difference in price between our properties (i.e. if your property is more expensive than mine), I can include a very nice residential lot in Port Charlotte Florida as part of the trade. I have a 3/2/2 on Lake Dupont in Deltona, Fl. Home is 1480 sq. ft. , lot is 100 x 150. hugh screened patio, formal and family dining areas, fans all rooms, brand new a/c, fireplace in 3rd bedroom/den/office. lots of storage & closets, nice home in nice neighborhood. near I-4, Daytona and Orlando. see my listing # 2448. property is currently being rented. How much are you asking for your condo? I was not able to find any specs on your listing. Hate this new format.
