Any interest in an even trade for a undeveloped 7 lot subdivision at Hawksnest ski and tubing resort in Seven Devils, NC? Lots will be put on the market for $229,000.00 to $249,000.00 if developed. All lots have direct slope frontage and long range views.

Max, I am interested in trading condos in Ponte Vedra for your lots. I would also help with a three way trade. I can owner finance my units, and they have cash flow and a waiting list for renting.
