I have a very nice Villa in a Golf and Country Club it is an adult gated community,on a pond and conservation lot it is 3 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage,have pictures on reqest.

This is Jamie Owens again. We have a large brick home on 2 ac on main street in newbern, tn. the main floor has approx 2500 sf. on this level there are two very large bedrooms, one reg size bedroom 12x12 ; separate living room separate diningroom ; remodelled kitchen with new solid maple custom made cabinets; walk in pantry; large laundry with much storage and a built in ironing board; the kitchen has a dining area also, chandelier; the next room is a large greatroom with a gas log fireplace, (can also burn wood and we aksi have a wood burning stove in the event of need (been here about 6 yrs didnt need yet; there is a large storm shelter in the walk out basement; a new bathroom with new claw foot tub and shower; a small bed room; a kitchen greatroom combo with gas log fireplace; there is a beautiful rose garden with nice water fountain; several fruit trees loaded with nectarines, plums, peaches, apples, pears, and many pecan trees. the backyard is totally fenced with two double gate entrances in the event u need to upload or unload something. there is also a large workshop area in the basement with many electrical outs, storage cabinets and many shelves, there is al a small bed room and a large area to develop as u want - the prior and only owner before us used to have parties and dances with live bands and Ive been told very nice. we also have a large 2 car carport with storage and also storage above. the attic has regular stairs and a mostly floored attic. you can call or email; we are thinking or not just trading the home but the furniture also except the piano (may have to negotiable) a few small antiques from my family. our ph nr is 731-627-2375 or 731-696-8126 thanks
