House Swapping Version 2.0

I am looking for a swap from my Orlando property near Disney for another Florida property.

I have a gated community, with clubouse, 3 bed/3 bath townhome with private screened in pool. It is a 1500 sqft duplex.

 

I have no problem adding money to the swap for the right property. I am open to all suggestions.
