An identical unit that hasn't been updated in the same complex is listed at $249,000. I'm looking for something in that area. I'm flexible on potential trades (e.g., large boat, or other property on the west coast of Florida or in the keys. Will also consider Cocoa Beach area. Outside of the state, coastal carolinas or Western North Carolina through Gatlinberg area of Tenn are also possiblities. Commercial real estate (especially in Tampa Bay area) is of interest as well A small portable business may work also. Outside of that, I'm interested in hearing offers. You never know.

We are interested in selling our home or trading for a newer motorhome 2005 or newer with 4 slides and the remaining balance in cash.

As you enter the property on a long white lane, you will cross over 2 1/2 acres which even has a lovely garden area that is ready for planting, still allowing enough room for horses or cattle to roam. The property is barb wire fenced on 3 sides, but there is more than enough barb wire available here to finish the front along the street, if you choose to.

All new stainless steel appliances, seperate ice maker too, for when the boys go fishing and need to fill the coolers! Just the cost of the kitchen was 52,000. The exterior main house and exterior of the mother in law suite were just painted in September of 2009, it is a nice earth tone with darker trim. The mainhouse has vaulted ceilings throughout and has alot of character. The house is beautiful and sits beneath giant grandfather oak trees and the area has rolling hills. The front of the property is a gently sloping pasture. There is a newly constructed chicken & turkey house and fenced run.

Seperate & detached from main house is a mother in law suite with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and full bathroom and attached 2 car garage. The mother in law suite was completed in 2007. It has brand new appliances, stove, oven, and refrigerator, all appliances are full size.

The house sits towards the rear of the 5 acre parcel, the garage is to the right of the house between two hugh grandfather oak trees. We have a 60 X 30 grey tent that you can store a motorhome under, along with all your mowers, toys, etc. We like using it to keep all of our toys out of the harsh element from sun, rain, etc.

It's a very nice home. Unfortunately, I think your house is worth more than my condominium, and I'm not interested in making an investment. If you're interested in an even swap, let me know.

I am interested as well.  The property I would like to trade for is 3780 NW 5th Ave, pool outside bar and deck, 1.75 miles from beach in wilton manors, Fort Lauderdal Florida.  I'm the single owner for 10 years now with clear title.

Looking to get 220K, 20K entertainment cents has to stay with house and speakers and Large LCDHD built into wall.  Can work out details and I do have cash as well.
