Hello,
the county assessor's site shows it at $963,000...around that figure.
There are approved building plans for a large home. I contacted a father/son builder team. They would build any "normal" homw for approx. 4110 per ft, which is v e r y reasonable on the beach.They only do 2 or 3 homes a year and hardly sub anything out.I've seen their work. Very impressive.& month...you'll have a brand new home on the Atlantic!.
