There is both an interior unit and exterior unit available. This is a fee simple townhome so there is no typical HOA. However, we do ask for a contribution of $100 per month to help with the upkeep of the front grass pavers and pressure washing, etc. of the building. There are also guidelines in place to help maintain the architectural integrity of the building. The two other units are both owner occupied. Taxes are still being determined since it is a new construction building and prior it was a lot. Will have to get back with specific numbers. We would consider a trade up depending on the property.
i have beach property at Topsail Island, NC that i would be interested in buy/buy scenario. Property is duplex with each unit deeded separately. Excellent views of ocean and ICCW. Each unit is 2100 sqft with two masters and two other bedrooms. Hardwoods, stainless appl, surround sound, private elevator. Tasha - We did $14k per unit last year, and rental company projects $25k per unit next year. Units originally appraised for $829k each, but market conditions have obviously lowered the value. We also own adjacent vacant lot that is approved for duplex or single family.
