BEAUTIFUL AREA, BEAUTIFUL PLACE, perfect price range for retirement+ low hoa 178 mo, taxes annual $870.00 APROX, very quiet area, first underground Fibre Optic Electric Community in this area so no power issues even during storms. Best weather in USA! Low cost of living compared to FL, I was in ORL FL in NOV DEC JAN and was "43 percent more to live there in FL", than it is here in NC. Veterans receive Real Estate Tax Waiver of first 40K off Annual Property Tax. NC has a road Tax on Vehicle Value registration annually, NC has done away with Vehicle Inspection. NC has best Healthcare in Asheville, Mission Hospital and Duke 4hrs away, and Beach 4 Hrs away, Savannah 4 Hrs away. EXCELLENT ROADS and safe here. Hi Jim: This sounds wonderful. You did not mention link to view properties, I am assuming you would trade for NC-Asheville Condo? Please advise of one you have at 165K VALUE TRADE,EVEN or your ideas on same... Can you possibly send photos of ones matching price range, I am interested in ground floor. Jim, Thanks for looking, will you trade at 165K even for comprable Condo? Where in Daytona Beach. I graduated as Pilot-Mechanic,Embry Riddle and lived on Beach in Ormond. Is condo on groundfloor? I assume remodeled, what year? What are HOA$? Appreciate photos or links to the condo, age of appliances, issues with hurricane history etc... On townhome, where is it, how many bedroom, send photos. Is #225K recent appraisal? Please send link to your photos and advise address in Daytona-or advise how you were thinking on trade of my condo for a Townhome? We have a 2 story home, 2016 square foot, with deeded water access in Bushnell, Florida. It is in very good condition. We have an appraisal for $172,000 but that was from about 3 years ago when the market was good. We are interested in trading for a condo in Ormond/Daytona.
