North Tampa (Temple Terrace), Florida Condo (2br/2ba) with access to the Hillsborough River
Thanks for the replies, but now that I have moved to Sarasota, my property is listed as a short sale for $39,900 for a quick sale (http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/reo/1642028820.html). I have a condo that is 1,217 square foot in north Tampa (Temple Terrace) to swap. It is a very spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two walk-in-closets, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, an inside washer/dryer room and a large tile screen-in porch. I have also added new appliances, a/c unit, new floors, etc. There is also access to the Hillsborough River, two swimming pools and tennis courts. This is a gated-community and it is just minutes from USF, Busch Gardens, Ybor, downtown Tampa and tons of shopping and high ranking schools. Best of all it is very peaceful. You can come home and relax without hearing tons of traffic or loud parties. I am looking for someplace in Sarasota or Atlanta, Georgia surrounding area. I would like a permanent swap and depending on the swap, I will trade up or down.

We are interested in selling our home or trading for a newer motorhome 2005 or newer with 4 slides and the remaining balance in cash.
