hi my name is scott from Tampa fl. i have a 5/3 pool hm check out all info at buyowner.com/tpa61771. my email is scott555amanda@aol.com. we are looking for a mountain home 4/2 with 3 to 5+ acres, small farm, some kind of water, ocean, pond ,river, lake etc. must be private. no close neighbors. if your place is quiet and peaceful and your looking for a house near the beautiful gulf beaches and within half a mile to river and boat ramp, nice walk after dinner. or go for a swim with dolphins and turtles in your over sized swimming pool. lets talk we love our home. we are fl natives would like my children to know that the world is not flat and covered in sand. just looking for a change although our home is listed at $550,000 we are well aware of the housing market. so please even if your home is priced lower than ours but your criteria is met we can still talk.

Hi my name is Jeff. As of Friday I found out we are being relocated to Crysta City. I'm not sure of your family situation. But based on the size of your home it sounds like you may have a growing family. If that is the case we have a home you need to see. 1st off it is not your typical Florida Stucco Ranch. We have 40 year old 2 Story Brick Colonial. It sits on 1/2 acre in a great golf course neighborhood. It is a 4/2.5 with Hardwood floors throughout. We have an incredible 27 x 20 family room. An office, gym/sunroom and a formal living room/piano room, inground pool and workshop. But what sets this home apart are two things the craftmanship custom woodwork wainscoating and crown molding throughout . But more importantly the neighborhood is amazing, Great people, great schools and great friends. We will miss this place. I just found this sight and that I am moving. So I wasnt necessarily prepared. If you are at all interested let me know and I will get some pictures to you.
