Your B&B sounds wonderful.   What is the value of the home?  Are you able to pay off or pay down your loan?

 

We have a beautiful, 4-sided brick, estate style home on 6.73 park-like acres in Cleveland, Georgia.  2 car brick garage.  30X60 metal shop with full power. 2 car brick garage.  30X60 metal shop with full power.

 

We own the home Free and Clear.  We have over $505,000 cash money invested in it.  Recent appraisal comes in at $ 415,000.
