In this market, who really knows. I did zillow.com on it yesterday and it was $306,500. We have $295,000 in it and own it free and clear.

No apology necessary. I just noticed people offering swaps and there haven't been any responses, one way or the other. Personally, I respond. it let's people know what I'm looking for, and also keeps those that are naggers at bay, if it's not something I want.
One thing you should do is put exactly what you are looking for in your posts, so there is no oddball offers. Also a value helps, so you don't get the people with multi-million dollar homes looking to cash out or those with substantially lower value properties looking to trade even.

would still be interestd in palm coast home we are trying to downsize. it appears i am having the same problelm the concerned traders have - we have a certain amount and value of the home not the home always but the location, amt of land, all that counts, i still think the realtors are somewhat hesitant on some sales because in my small town, unfortunately a large number of the people go to the local bankd for financing, not all, but on 2 occasions on offers for m;y home and things just dont pan out good luck all in selling.trading or whatever we can do to move on
