This unit is located on the second floor. The area is very clean, quiet and safe. Livonia school are rated amongst the top schools in the nation. Walking distance to local stores and less than one mile to the local freeway. Livonia is also centrally located to Detroit and Ann Arbor. The home is 1200 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room/dining area with cathedral ceilings, a large modern kitchen, and a 2-carport. One of only a few units with 2 spots. The house also has an attic, central heat & air, fireplace in the living room, a balcony off from the living room. Low association fees and Low property taxes. This is an outstanding place to raise a family or retire in the heart of Southeast Michigan.

we have a 2/2/1 condo on the west coast of fla. between sarasota and venice.it's 5min to beach, on the first floor. enclosed lani looks out onto oscar scherer state park. we watch birds and all other widllife native to fla. central heat and air,.1mi. to bus stop,dr, dentist,very quiet. i worked as a night rn and slept during the day with no problems.we could leave furniture if this would help. i just retired after 35yrs nursing, my husband is retired from college admin. we're looking for an adventure and to change living area. i've lived in fla all my life and would like to experience something different.the gulf breezes keep it from getting too hot in summer and now the sun is out and it's 70drgs. condo is 1450sq ft. hoa 250/mon. taxes around 500/yr. appraised at 140,000. if interested let us know . we have a cousin in petoskey and would like to be closer to him.
