Hi Ann,
We own a 1700 sq ft home in Avondale in the Palm Valley area 10 miles west of Phoenix and are interested in a California trade. Can you tell me more about your home. Ours is currently rented but it is a month to month lease at this time, the person these has indicated he would like to stay though July 2011.

Our house was built in 1997 in the heart of old town Camino. It is on 2nd Street on an oversized city lot with easy access to the freeway (about 30 minutes to Sacramento, 5 to Placerville). It is a mountain contemporary type with shingled front and steep steel roofing. It was originally designed to be used either as a single family or a duplex. Because of that the floor plan is unique. It has Sautillo tile floors in the lower level, hardwood stairs to the bedrooms and a master suite with shower as well as a full bath. There is room for a garage or carport but none has been installed. It has a HUGE tree over the back yard and stays cool in the summer without air conditioning. The heat is propane. There is also a wood stove.
We have it rented and our tenants would likewise like to stay. We will rent anything we trade for so your tenant wouldn't be a problem. Our tenants currently pay $1300 per month and all utilities.

Do you know the current apprised value of your property? Is Placerville where there was a golf rush back in the 1800's?
