I have a renovated furnished villa close to Stara Zagora, in central Bulgaria. Valued at around 25,000 Euros. Excellent rental potential with tenants ready and waiting to rent for around 150 to 200E/mth. Garden of 800sqm with barn, fruit trees and grape vines. Secure and safe holiday home. Easy property management. 

Stara Zagora is the 5th largest city in BG, has everything you would expect of a city, yet you can enjou the peace and tranquility of the country, but you are only 15 minutes outside the city and away from the mineral spa resort. 

I also have another villa on the other side of the city worth around 17,000 Euros and two un-renovated places worth around 5000 Euros each. I could add these to any deal as well. 

I am looking for somewhere in France (south), Italy or would consider other European options (not Spain or Portugal). Realise values in Bulgaria pretty low compared to France or Italy but would consider a plot of land, a renovation project, a mobile home (sited) or a fractional share in a property.
