Secluded Big Island Home for trade, looking in Austin, TX

We have a home on the Big Island of Hawaii that we are looking to trade for a home in Austin. Our home is a 2 bed, 1 bath on one acre of land. A green living dream, it is set up for solar power, and catchment water. With it's awesome views of the ocean from almost every room & tropical, wooded lot, anyone would be crazy to pass it up.

I have a rental in South Austin. It's a relatively large single story 4 bedroom home, built in 2003. How "secluded" is your Big Island home?

Not that secluded! :) It is in a small town called Oceanview. There is a grocery store, a few restrants, post office, etc. There are plans going now to open a resort to go in a few miles down the mountain from our home. There is a nice black sand beach (Punaloo) about a 20 minute drive from the house. Below are two links. The first is a link to a google map with our house as point A. Our home is about miles to Kona, HI and about the same to Hilo, HI. It is located in the small town of Oceanview, HI. In Oceanview there is a grocery store, and a few other shops and restaurant. Beach acess is only about a 20 minute drive away though. Let me know if you are interested.
