Haven't pursued anything in months because I'm splitting time between Atlanta and Vegas. Might be interested if a property with a good fit happened to turn up. What are you looking to trade?

The home is in the northeast quadrant of Atlanta metro area up I-85. Five bedroom / Three full baths / approx 2500 sq ft. Very close to upscale shopping and restaurants ( Montana Ted's, Bonefish Grill, ect.)
