South Florida Condo located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway

Hello...I purchased this 2br/2ba condo for it's unsurpassed view. It may have the most awesome view of the Intracoastal in all of South Florida. Enjoy the boats passing by day and the city lights at night. Located in Eastern Shores, which is a guarded community in North Miami Beach, FL. The unit overlooks Sunny Isles Beach, Florida and the Trump Towers.

The building is not luxury, but is very solid and has some deco influence. Located mintes from everything in Miami, you will never go bored. Have friends over for happy hour and you'll see them drool over the view.

I'm not using the condo currently as my wife hates boating. I'm willing to trade for almost anything sensible, preferably Oregon, Vegas, Atlanta or the Carolinas. Hi Randy, and thanks for replying. I'm living in South Florida currently and I'm really not looking to move at this time. The condo posted is paid for and just sitting there. I was hoping some nice couple would love to beat the cold weather and retire here. They could swap their nice tract of mountain view for the Intracoastal. What is approx. sq. ft. and current value of sales in bldg? Condo fee? I have beautiful N.Carolina Executive mountain top

The approx. square feet is 1250. It's a top floor (6th) unit with the best view in the building (cannot be compared to!). I paid 362k at the height and put another 40k in renovations into it. The market is deeply depressed now and there are inferior 2br units in the building going in short sales for under 150k. It is a non rental building, so I am searching for someone who would like to take residence there. The condo fees are $309/monthly. Thanks for your inquiry. Marshall

Hello,
I have a 4000SF house on 31 acres with mountain views in every direction. Driveway is over a mile long and you can't see another house. Just a few minutes outside of a very small town in Colorado. Please let me know if you may be interested.

Our place is in SW Florida Gulf Coast, 3 miles from Sanibel Island, 6 miles from Estero Island.
