Hello...I purchased this 2br/2ba condo for it's unsurpassed view. It may have the most awesome view of the Intracoastal in all of South Florida. Enjoy the boats passing by day and the city lights at night. Located in Eastern Shores, which is a guarded community in North Miami Beach, FL. The unit overlooks Sunny Isles Beach, Florida and the Trump Towers.

The building is not luxury, but is very solid and has some deco influence. Located mintes from everything in Miami, you will never go bored. Have friends over for happy hour and you'll see them drool over the view.

I'm not using the condo currently as my wife hates boating. I'm willing to trade for almost anything sensible, preferably Oregon, Vegas, Atlanta or the Carolinas. It's 1760sq, lot size is 1.14 acres. App was $215,000 unfurnished, house is listed $225,000 fully furnished. My daughter and son in law are looking to move to the area, due to his job (paramedic). Pictures are of the master bedroom, and looking out from the master bedroom into the living room/kitchen area.

We used to live in FL and would like to return to retire. Your place looks very nice and since we like boating, it may be appropriate for us. Do you have a dock associated with the condo?

We have several properties in Colorado. A large custom home in Montrose (western Colorado) about 40 minutes from Ouray, just over an hour from Telluride and Gunnison and Grand Junction; don't know if you know Colorado. On the eastern slope, just east of Denver, we have development ground that is currently under cultivation to keep the taxes below $400/year and bring in some income; we get a share of the crop....we don't farm it! Hi Christy...and thanks for your interest. The unit is really a boaters paradise, but does not come with a dock. When I owned my boat, I rented the dock from another unit owner for $100.00/month. The building is a very short boat ride to Haulover Inlet and access to the ocean. The stretch of Intracoastal which the building sits is simply beautiful and the boats parade past the balcony, all the time.

I'm open to talk about your land trade (east of Denver). The Western CO home is beautiful (OMG), but you are correct...a bit much for me. I want to be open and honest with you. I have 400k invested in this place (I know that I will lose) and inferior units in the building are currently going cheap as short sales. This is however, by far, the best unit in the building with a one of a kind view. It's spectacular location cannot be replicated. Again thanks for the interest. Sincerely, Marshall
