See our ad under Minnesota ( Maple Ridge Estate ) in this venue. I assume that your property is in the high risk flood zone. Our property has a lot of potential for developing or 4 season rental as well as a year round residence, B & B, etc. It has great investment potential. Local rental & maintenance company available. Thank you for your interest. It does sound like your property has a lot of potential, but I am not looking to relocate. My ideal trade is a land trade for my equity in some other State for future use. I would even consider personal property (truck & horse trailer etc...) for my equity.

I am asking $169,000. The last appraisal on my home was in March 07 for $220,000-$230,000, so my asking price is reflective of today's lower prices. I have also been in contact with a mortgage broker in Florida whose appraisers gave an unofficial price estimate of $169,000 - $179,000. I refinanced my home in April 07, so my equity is $15,000.

I currently have a non assumable mortgage on my home, but would consider land, truck/horse trailer & yes horses depending on type/training/condition.

I am open to most offers, the house lists for $175K
I need a home on the East Coast of Florida in Brevard County, or maybe Ft Lauderdale or Orlando area,
