House Swapping Version 2.0

Want to Swap Our 3bedroom 2 bath Home (Mount Dora Florida) Looking to Relocate Outside of Florida

We are newly retired and looking for a change in location. We decided to try a swap before listing with a real estate agent as we are not sure where we want to move. So we thought it might be fun to see if anyone wanting to live in Mount Dora has a place for us to relocate to.
We own a 3 bedroom 2 bath Florida home in lovely Mount Dora, Florida. It sits on just over half of an acre, in an established neighborhood with no homeowner's dues. The home has a large new driveway that leads to a 4-car carport and 2 + car back garage. It has 2 glass rooms off the back. A very large fenced yard. Approx. square footage is 2300 heated and cooled.. Total under roof is approx. 4200 sq feet.

We are looking for a home with property of at least 5 acres, must have at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We are open to trading up or down depending on what you have. Thank you~

Would you consider a home in the mountains of Virginia? We are centrally located between the Homestead, Greenbrier and Snowshoe Resorts. The home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath with approx. 3,130 sq ft on 10 private acres near the lake with a current value of $310,000.

I am still interested in your home. I have a home in Newbern, TN - it is listed onJackson TN Craigslist for house swap and pictures. Spring is arriving here the nectarine is in full bloom; plum tree is also blooming, the tulip poplar is nearly in full blossom.
