We are trying to reduce our debt through a trade. We will have to see how the numbers work out.

Property is worth $300K. The bank holds $200K and I hold $80K. I can pay the bank off and hold it free and clear if need be. Your home may be a too expensive for me at $549K.

Thanks for the info. We have a mortgage on our property of $320,000. We would like to use our equity to buy something without debt or possibly a small amount of debt if owner willing to take back financing.

We would like to get the value out of the property. We would be looking to payoff the mortgage of $320,000 plus have cash or property for the value above the $320,000. We would be willing to get an appraisal to determine the value if necessary. I hope this answers your question.
