We are looking for a home in the Pinellas/Pasco county are (non-waterfront) for a seasonal home and one in Alberta, Canada or Montana. I love Hilton Head, but am not looking for a home there.

Pat,

What are you looking to trade this home for? What locations do you want or would you consider?

We have a few different properties, condos, and may be willing to talk. Ours are very high quality properties.
What caught my eye is the location as we went fishing last spring with a friend near Hernando Beach and enjoyed it.

We live near Ocala. Our properties are in Celebration and Fort Myers, next to Sanibel Island.

Thanks!
Jack
