My first intention was to get something posted when I first put a posting up as I am not familiar with DOMUSWAP web format and working throught the kinks. I will have more information updated tomorrow. My aplogizes for the deletion on the comments. I just want to represent all options to my clients even trading into another property. We have had some positive results with that in Charleston.

I have an up scale condo in St. Pete for trade. 2 bdrm, bonus room, 2.5 bathrms on Tampa Bay. $475K value free and clear. Will look at all possibilities on or near water. Will look at a large wood (timber) tract for hunting/harvesting, commercial, car wash, income producing, etc. I also have 2 mobile home parks (one free and clear) and two commercial buildings (downtown Marion) for sale/trade. Will look at all possibilities.
