House Swapping Version 2.0

Will trade my 3br condo on Venice Island for a home in the same area.

I have a great condo on Venice Island, new construction in 2006. 3 br/2 bath. About 1600 sq. ft. Heated pool. Screened lanai. Vaulted ceilings. Looking for someone who wants to trade their home in that same area for my condo. pkisaacs@hotmail.com

I was just replying to your request, which came after I said no to your lots.
My property has a condo association rule for a minimum of 3 months rent. I have turned down annual rentals for $1200/month because I want to use the unit. It rented Jan/Feb/March 2008 for $2500/month.
would you trade for a ft lauderdale duplex
