We have a lovely country house in a small village just outside Caravaca de la Cruz Spain Available for exchange. It has 4 bedrooms, Kitchen/Diner. English style through lounge down stairs and upstairs another good sized sitting room. Bathroom has Jacuzzi style bath and separate large corner shower unit. Four properties in Bulgaria for sale or possible swap. Two old houses for renovation or as sit on investments for around 5000 Euros each, a renovated, furnished villa with excellent rental yield of around 8 to 9% (can help get you tenants) or another 3 bed villa which is habitable but needs work for 15,000 E. Would swap for place in Italy, south France, maybe Greece........or UK if decent rental potential.
