The property is located in the small village of la Almudema which is close to the historic town of Caravaca de la Cruz in the region of Murcia. Almudema has it's own clinic, Pharmacia, small shop/tabacos and friendly bar. Caravaca has many features including a sanctuary within a castle which is reputed to have a true piece of the cross. It has been named one of the most holy cities and has as it's emblem the Caravaca cross which has an extra bar. It is also part of the pilgrim route and is visited by Catholics' from all over the world. One of the main fiestas is the horses and wine festival which takes place at the beginning of May and lasts a week.

Surrounded by the Espuna mountains this is a very beautiful area with much agriculture. The towns of Cehgin, Bullas, Mula and Calaspara are near by and all have  large British ex-pat communities.

fourdouble  bedrooms, two largw lounges, huge modern kitchen/diner, large new bathroom with jacuzzi and walk in hydro shower, (ample room for second bathroom if required. Central heating, A/C, solar and mains water heating. Large patio and garden area. satelitte TV, telephone. on the edge of a quiet Spanish village. no mortgage involved. all areas and properties considered.
