What's your price? Would you consider SW Fla. S. Fort Myers, 3 miles from Sanibel beaches, 5 miles from Estero beaches. 1800 sq. ft. carriage home with 2 br 2 ba 2 car and den or 3rd bed. gated, lake community, on lake facing west.
