Bed and Breakfast Lodge on the Beautiful Kasilof river Alaska
I have a working bed and breakfast lodge on the Kasilof River. The main lodge is 1990 sqft and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, new flooring and carpet, new stainless steel appliances and remodeled master bedroom and bath. A separate building with 4 rooms each with kitchenette and private bath, a 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bath, and a riverside cabin with full kitchen and bath. We love running the lodge but are looking to downsize due to medical reasons. Website is up and running. Additional pictures are available. The picture listed is the observation deck and the river. This is the view from the living room in the main lodge. There is also a private dock and a great King Salmon fishing hole just off the dock (the guides fight over it!) Many upgrades have been done. Looking for a smaller place preferably in Alaska, but open to other areas depending....would like some place with a view...we have gotten spoiled to the river. Value $729,000.00.
