The 1st place is a 1974 single wide Champion 14x65 3 bd 1 bath mobile home. It has been completely remodeled with newer appliances and laminate wood flooring. In wonderful shape. The 3 acre property is completely lanscaped with full grown trees all around. Comes with small steele garage and other out buildings. the back half of property is fenced in for horses.
