In our ever changing economy we need not only "help ourselves" but we need to "help each other". I think what Dave has done here is a wonderful thing, a Social Networking Platform to "help others" trade their homes. The concept of Home Trading is not new, it has been around for many, many years. It only has recently taken the spotlight due to our plunging real estate market and economy.

We can all argue how and why we got here, but really, will that do us any good? We are here and must do what we can to save ourselves.
