You should enter your property in the Forum for your specific state by starting a new discussion in that foum.

To begin, click on your state on the home page, then click "Add a discussion".

Try you to the most relevant information in the title of the posting (ex. city, price, bedrooms, key feature , etc).

You can include pictures in the body of the email, as well as attach files.

You can add videos. click the "add video" link all the way at the bottom of the home page.

You can add free form tags to your post. Doing so will allow others to search for your property easier.

Example of tags might be

Florida, Sarasota, Horses, Modern, etc.

More tips will be coming soon. Lets see how creative you can be.

Wonderful Lakefront home on Lake Bowen in Inman, SC. 3 bed, 2 1/2 baths, porcelain tile, granite, hardwoodfloors, minutes from I-26 and just a few miles from the foothills of the NC mountains.. Would like to trade for Log or Timberframe home with acreage in North or South Carolina. Or possibly lake front home on Lake Greenwood, SC or would consider other type home with acreage in SC or NC. Home is priced at $575,000 which is drasticallyn reduced.

I am not that concerned with over posting. It might make sense to post in both states. Using tags is probably more efficient way to narrow down the categories.
