We will be willing to trade our beach house for a house in the mountains in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee,Virginia and West Virginia as well as California and Florida for a house worth to a maximum of $450K and will be willing to finance the difference in price of our property at a very competitive interest rate. The guest studio can be rented for $500-$650/week depending on the season.
