Nice to know that swaps can work out so well. I'm still waiting for my swap-match. I have two South Carolina houses: Hilton Head Island SC (beach tennis golf retirement town) and Beaufort SC (historic pre-Civil-War waterfront town) to swap: EAST COAST FOR WEST COAST place in CA or OR or WA.
